This is the job of a crew, to put up and deal with different personalities. Express your opinions, but do it tactfully.

What I hope is that she will see things from a postive view. What can be seen as bullying can just be someone trying to correct your mistakes. Being new to any job, it is common to face difficulties and frustrations.

All airlines need pilots. because pilots fly aeroplanes and airlines have many aeroplanes. The requirements are common sense, resourcefulness and last but not least good eyesight. A keen interest in aviation is a plus and will get you far.
