I submitted my application on 25 Aug 2015, it's still pending. I called them today and I was informed that the application is currently at the final stages and that I should receive the outcome per post in the next 2-3 weeks. So exciting, hope I'll get it! The letter you were handed when you applied for PR includes ICA's contact information. One option is to e-mail ICA a scanned copy of your new passport's data page, referencing your application number. Mailing a copy via SingPost also works.
