Hi Tiger143...I have a friend who's S Pass application also got rejected for the same reason, that the sponsoring company doesn't have enough qouta to employ foriegn workers. Sad to say, he was not able to work in Singapore. Correct me if I'm wrong, but this quota thing is a way for the Singapore go...
