There is one at Lucky Plaza selling... it's on 1st flr (I think). They sell clothes from XS to XXXL (so it says on their signboard).
You can also try Tanglin malls or malls that most expats go to in town.

Scarring
It might not be as easy as it seems... scarring as in already created marks? Or are there still pimples popping up? Generally I would suggest that you try a purifying mud mask for your back for the pimples. Requires hard work... If it's for the scars that has been formed for ages and has brown marks...
