All depends on where you are working and how long of a commute you are comfortable with. If you don't mind 45 minutes to work on the train, you can easily find 3br at a nice place for $2500-3000. If you want to be in the central area...might be tougher.

Make your way to Thailand if you want nice beaches and great weather. Nov-Jan the weather is awesome in Thailand. My favourite place in the Sheraton Krabi Beach Resort. Awesome hotel and a huge private beach. Lots to do on the property but away from town.

Golf Lessons

You can get a lot from a few hours with a good golf pro, but it takes practise to really improve your skills. There is no "quick fix" but a good pro can help you become more consistent pretty quickly. I am a PGA pro from Canada working at a school here in Sing if you need a hand. mark@heartlandgolf....

I have heard there is a new golf school at Jurong Country Club called Heartland...supposed to be really good. Might be worth a look.
