hey i asked my cx friends, hk-based crew if u got bc appointment on the day (bc = body check) means u are 90% successful for those who did not get an appointment for bc usually if they will even call back.. it should be abt 1 - 2 weeks time (although it says wait 6 weeks), but low chance of calling ...

so far all i saw got a green card and supposed to wait for further notice (if any)

im back from CX 2nd round interview
went through language assessment and one-to-one interview
given a green card, under consideration for 6 weeks, if no call received, considered unsuccessful

Reference letters could be from school, could be from past employers =) But get ready address OR fax number of one (maybe current or the one which you worked longest for) company, they will choose one stated from your resume to contact IF you manage to pass through and go for the medical round....
