Re: Food allowance and travel costs for our nanny?

All of it very enlightening - thank you! I gather SGD 1000 is on the high side. X9200, I wasn't thinking of paying that plus paying for food as I cannot afford it and it doesn't appear to be the norm anyway, although, yes, she is completely honest, a sensible sort and an excellent nanny (no cook tho...

Re: Food allowance and travel costs for our nanny?

P.S. We would never expect her to eat instant noodles. We don't eat it ourselves and wouldn't want our helper or anyone else to live on food that is a health hazard.

Re: Serviced apartment recommendations

JRB: Many thanks. Not only did I find several options for short term accommodation, I also found a bunch of properties that I would be interested in exploring with a more long term lease in mind. Links saved.

Serviced apartment recommendations

Hi Everyone We are looking for a 3 bed serviced apartment (or a 2 bed apartment with a helper's room) for a month (approx end-July to end-Aug) while we house-hunt and wait for our shipment to arrive. We are a family of 2 adults and a 3 year old, moving with a nanny. Somewhere close to Harbourfront w...
