Furnished or rent furniture?

If I have a budget of 3000 for rent every month, should I get a 3000 furnished or 2500 unfurnished and get 500 a month in rental furniture? It seems the term "furnished condos" are very different from ad to ad.

Dependent pass

Hey everyone, I'm in Thailand now and will be moving to Singapore next month. Company told me I needed a Certificate of Cohabitation to bring my Thai GF over next year. I can't find much in Thailand how to get that. Any suggestions?

I just got my EP approval yesterday. 2 months in total.....Headhunter told me two others were denied while mine was approved. No reason given for the denials.
