they are in Indonesia. Dont know the rights and law. i tolerate till now since 2009. this is the time to end that. The management dare not to reply LL question thru email. The chairman is from same building. All By-law is their favour.

Called BCA. Requested me to send mail to them. Its just of my time. Moving out soon from this stupid building.

Gave up buying car and cancelled all arrangement.

I will move out from this condo. Can't tolerate their by-law (favour to them as it managed by unit owners here). I felt they dont like LLs to rent to tenants.

I was thinking same way. but for MC, residents and tenants are different. very weird.

landlord just emailed to management. I'm ok if they allow me to park in open car park. their law is completed cant park inside condo regardless covered or open car park.
