I think kids from 18mths onwards are allow into pre-school or childcare centre.

Your 3 yrs old age requirement is not valid in spore, so u dont have to worry about this issue.

good choice, near the beach, near parkway parade the shoppin mall, quite accessible to CBD by the "expressway" but i heard the morning peak hour is a killer.

budget of SG$5000 should be able to get u quite a nice unit in a condo.

Can anyone assist to advise if for rental of HDB/condo/apartment - do owners usually ask for 1 month advance rental?? I know that most would require 1 month deposit and not forgetting agent commission (if applicable). Are there any other costs involved? 1month deposit + 1month advance + agent comm....
