2. what's an executive apartment? Its falls under the category of HDB, which means its a public housing unit, with no security fencing or facilites exclusive to the resident. Most estate have it, they are usually bigger than a 5rm flat, in layman term, sometimes the singaporean call them 6room flat...

I think kids from 18mths onwards are allow into pre-school or childcare centre.

Your 3 yrs old age requirement is not valid in spore, so u dont have to worry about this issue.

good choice, near the beach, near parkway parade the shoppin mall, quite accessible to CBD by the "expressway" but i heard the morning peak hour is a killer.

budget of SG$5000 should be able to get u quite a nice unit in a condo.
Rental prices are edging slowly up, act fast :shock:

Not sure why my nick is being change from SingaporeExpats to SgExpats at the moment without my knowledge or control..?? The better question would be why would you choose a nick that resembles the hosts name? It's pretty obvious why it was changed. They cannot have a loose cannon on the board appear...

Can anyone assist to advise if for rental of HDB/condo/apartment - do owners usually ask for 1 month advance rental??
