Re: Buying beauty products on Lazada

I never buy skin care from e-commerce platform. I do sometimes buy those parfume (with mindset that it must be fake because of the super low price) and some lipstick (only if they stated it's a sample - mini size - hence the low price). I received 1 package during Covid on behalf of my friend - the ...

Re: I'm starting to see friends made jobless - I think a recession is creeping in

There's no way gov here will let recession hit them. 2008? This particular year was bad for some countries but ovsr here, still business as usual, albeit slower growth. They had and will pump the economy with lots of construction project to ensure money flows to businesses, we saw the same right now...

Re: International School to Public/Local School

My friend sent her daughter to a private school at Bukit Timah with SG curriculum. I doubt non citizen / PR can be enrolled to local school easily right now because there are tons of international school that need students out there. As Singaporean I believe you do know that everything are business ...

Re: Financial ties while absent from SG

Upon renewal I believe there's this option for renew the EP or to apply for S Pass shall the applicant unqualified as EP. The company in SG only employ 2 person, one local and you. I'm not sure if it's fulfil this criteria in COMPASS: Support for local employment - Organisation’s local PMET share re...

If you buy things from Amazon USA often and watch the streaming service, the increase might be acceptable. But if you already has Netflix and buy stuff locally, this Prime should be on your list to be axed

OMG, I finally experienced it myself. Suddenly closure of the massage place I frequent, I was there two days ago but they didn't say a word of their closure! Now I'm left with un-utilised package and thank goodness I hadn't renewed. Not sure how ethical they are but rather disappointed with them ke...

Re: DBS Bank called me to invest?

Rather surprised been receiving their calls and emails. Really thinking it's spam cos they are using some Myanmar names... But seems legit, i usually would think DBS is rather snobbish they won't bother asking people to invest , why suddenly calling normal customers to invest their money? I won't e...
