We wanted to leave our tenancy early (we found a nicer apartment), and our tenancy agreement had a clause which allowed us to sublet. We had a similar situation, and our tenancy agreement had a clause which allowed us to sublet. We approached the landlord wanting to get out of the lease early, and pointing out that she would invariably get more for the apartment if she let it immediately instead of waiting for our tenancy to expir...

We live at The Bayshore and there is a great expat community there - also shuttle buses to the nearest large shopping mall (Parkway Parade), the MRT, and a bus directly to the cbd. Children's Dentist

Hi does anyone know a good children's dentist? My daughter is 3 yrs and constantly dribbling at the moment. She missed her check up last year as we were away - and it is very difficult to get her to open her mouth to look at her teeth.
