hi, have you tried tea tree oil for acne? Probably in your case if you have sensitive skin you should start from tea tree oil mixed with water 1/2. And change your cream brand, both sunscreen and moisturiser, it's obvious that your skin protests against old ones. Take care

if i was single or recently married HK would be great, but if you plan to have children and raise them in a KAF atmosphere then Singapore is the best place for you. I'm not sure which one is more expensive for living SG vs HK as I've never done a comparison before. I'd choose HK for the same reason...
