Tea tree oil is a good suggestion.
I read that tea tree essential oil could be used undiluted, but personally do not recommend it.
Perhaps try over-the-counter/ drugstore ready mixed formulas to avoid 'burning' your skin.

Maybe you could try a simple skincare routine.
Sweet almond oil (paraben free) works great for me.
It is much cheaper via iHerb than in local stores.
