Thank you for the help! We are immigrating to Canada actually, who knew they would ask for this! Employment records past 10 years were purged by her company, and she has gone though 3 passports since that time so the number is lost. We'll keep trying but seems like one needs to be present in Singapo...

My wife lived in Singapore 15 years ago, now needs to find her Singapore FIN for immigrating to Canada. Weve contacted Imm & Checkpoint Authority but no reply and they wont answer the phone. How can we go about finding this number?
