Dont take from self-service booths, they were rejected as they were "glossy", get it from normal photo shops. Tell the person it is matt and for PR.

You need to upload certificates and transcripts, as you haven't finished you wouldn't have them. So, you cannot specify as you have done Masters.

@PNGMK why wouldn't Exec and Senior Execs use the PEP route, that shouldn't be a problem during job change right? or any issue with PEP as well?
