Re: Blacklist threat shakedown

There are many jobs advertised on Facebook from people moving to Singapore early in the new year and looking to get a helper. She could try there

Re: EP - To Apply or Not to Apply

Who knows why my applic took so long. At that time (2nd quarter 2017) it was the norm - according to this forum, various FB groups and my employer. I'd certainly never take a contract over a permanent, but I'm not desperate for work/ money and favour stability. If my EP isn't approved next time then...

Re: EP - To Apply or Not to Apply

They are unlikely to process your applic before mid Dec, it's only a contract and not a permanent offer, and SG doesn't like Indians. Re: Kids Sports

Hiya, have just seen this post. We moved to Singapore three months ago so I'm not an expert but my kids (8 and 10) are pretty sporty.
They've picked up soccer, hockey and badminton via school teams. Outside school is rugby union, bouldering and aikedo.

Re: ADVICE NEEDED - Relocate from USA or not.

Most expats I know are EP and are not particularly concerned about PR. Those that are now PR after many years here still have their children at international schools. I have ten year old who plays soccer with other kids in our condo, none of whom are Singaporean as they spend most of their time stud...
