salary vs living expenses

Hi t1c52002, Cost wise, don't worry if you live outside the popular districts. Furthermore, if you choose to live in so the called public flats (HDB) you could save in your rent quite abit. That goes for where you eat too. You can get a decent meal at the so called hawker centers or food courts. Car...

tech support

Hi guys,

Yes, I would agree that Mac is a better machine. I have used both and found that to be true. Less issues with the Mac OS and hardware. And yes too, it is difficult these days to find any good after sales support.

Cheers.

Hi there, Go for Fujitsu anytime. Out of 4 notebooks my company bought, guess how many had both external and internal defects? The answer is ALL. A very sad case. Here are some of the physical problems: - warp casing, unable to close properly. You can literally see a gap of 1.5mm - the DVD drawer ca...

Heard from a friend that the M1 broadband is quite costly and slow. I was also told that there was not unlimited. It is good to check this out before you subscribe. I'll stick to my singnet for now.

Cheers.

Hi there,

where are you staying? If you plan to go to Funan, I can point you to some of the shops that you will get value for your purchases:

Hwa Guan (5th floor)
Info Com (4th floor)
PK computers (4th floor)

They are generally cheaper than challenger.

It depends where you plan to stay. $54/year can go a long way even in a good location. Most of the good location, depend on the size of the apartment, cost between $2k to $4k (2 to 3 bedrooms).

Your overall package is considered very attractive. Let me know if you need more info.

Cheers.

It is not that bad at Sim Lim Square. Stick to the bigger shops and compare prices. Most of the bigger shop provide a list of their sale items. Happy shopping.
