Hi. I would like to know for the EPF submission, anyone have experience or info whether I do need to get my documents to be notarized by a law firm if I choose to Mail-In my EPF Withdrawal application?

You can write in to ica_citizenship_unit@ica.gov.sg to request for the NRIC (original) and a soft copy of the citizenship certificate. When I returned back to SG after my PR was revoked, I had to apply for an EP. After holding the EP for 1yr+, I re-apply for PR and now holding a PR. Yes - I am a M'sian Chinese. I am not stating you can get back your PR or release your PR as and when you like. It is ICA discretion.
