Being an accountant, i would say it is relatively easy to find a job in Singapore. Depending on experience, the compensation plan may differ greatly. Fresh graduates are probably looking at the $2000 range but those with a 5-7 years of experience can usually command $5000 or more.

I don't know how your contract is like. I believe in most cases, either party can terminate the employment contract by giving 1-3 months notice.

Your annual package is in line with other field service job in Singapore. Most company will provide basic(medical and accident) insurance coverage for you. Try to negotiate more on housing allowance as renting an apartment is quite costly here.
