Waiting time can go all the way up to 27 months, not just 12 months. Pretty decent chance. Of course do understand that even having SC kid isn’t 100% guaranteed. There really nothinfg much you can do , and also that provided you do not have any immgration offence in Singapore, if not i beilieve u will get your approval soon.
