Most photo developing shops offer this service. There is a shop at Suntec city caslle Fotohub and I know they do them. It's on level 2 of Tower 2. They have personalised calendars too which are lovely and reasonably priced.

The local community centres organize baking classes at reasonable prices. Call and find out.
