They are willing to give me S$ 2300 per month, with standard medical benefits (NO housing or car) I personally think that this is very low. I have over 2 years experience ...

i recommend singtel.
my starhub wasnt working that great compare to singtel.
of course, some will say depend on the location where u stay.

work permit for unskilled labour sure got mah.. else how's our guys from other countries work here?
Restaurants in SG wont engage unskilled workers, unless ur friend knows how to cook n is damm zai.
