Yes I have had success, Singapore police have
helped me and I have my coc.
I contacted ICA telling them I had exhausted all my
Options to retrieve Fin. They replied, and ccd Singapore
Police.
Police who I had contacted previously, got back to me
And helped me sort it out.

I have since gotten an answer from ICA, they can not help either... I do have some numbers scribbled in the passport that I can kind of decipher and turn into a FIN number with some imagination, I wonder if I use that and its not right if that will still let me through to the form and then maybe the...

I need to find my FIN number from when I lived in Singapore in 1992. I need a COC, and can not get it without this number. I was living in Singapore with my parents, they no longer have a record, my passport has some random numbers scribbled down that are hard to decipher and do not fit the FIN form...

Thank you very much, I have since posting this had a singapore local contact immigration to try and retrieve the number, and was told that due to the amount of time that has passed since living there, my number no longer exists. But will try those emails if Australia still needs me to keep trying.
