Is it swim at teaching pool or 1.8m pool? It’s done at the deep pool Not sure if I can anot. Am going today Do not worry so much, just swim breast stroke without your head getting into the water and look at the finishing line..just tell yourself ur Swimming in normal pool..good luck! Jia you!!
