You might to apply for Landed PR in Singapore, ask any agents on how to get it or check it on ICA website. If you can get a job then ICA will issue you PR Status in Singapore.

If you can get a dependent pass( if you are married), then the employer can get you the In Principle letter from MOM that will permit you to work in Singapore. All the best.
