Hi, My agent applied for E pass at 02/10/2018 and we resubmit my degree certificateat at 10/10/2018. But still, the status showing pending. Can anybody tell me why this delay? Why agent and not your employer? I attended the video call interview and shortlisted. But remaining work is done by my agen...
