Just wanted to add - if it's toxo you're worried about, the biggest risk comes from undercooked meat, not direct contact with animals. Make sure you order well done!

I'm not in a position to help you directly, but just wanted to encourage you to enquire wherever possible and don't forget to consider treatment outside Singapore.

Reflexology/acupuncture for labour - recommendations?

Can anyone recommend a good practitioner who works with either reflexology or acupuncture to induce labour?

Thanks!

You found a maid agency to supply you with a maid for 4hrs at a time? I'm having trouble getting anyone to answer my calls. Not a problem I really expected...

Writing up a will

Not to be morbid or anything, but does anyone have recommendations for legal people who deal with writing up of wills etc?

Thanks for any advice.

Electrical Appliances - disposal

Our microwave stopped working properly and so we ended the debate about what sort of benchtop oven we should get by replacing it. So now we have a microwave to dispose of. I'm pretty sure that if my Dad were here he'd take it apart and fix it - it sort of works a little - so I'm reluctant to just th...

We did our IVF in Australia, so I can't actually answer your question (I can only speak about IVF in general, not in Singapore), but I wanted to say good luck and hang in there.

I'm a 30-32D just at the moment. (I know this because I still have one bra that fits from previous pregnancy.) They're a bit thin on the ground in that size, but I do need the flexibility of a non-wired, because I have a ways to go yet (I hope). Bra manufacturers everywhere seem to think you can't b...

Thanks, guys. You're probably right - I'm going to have to pluck up the courage to enter a maternity store. Good to hear there are a couple of stores with options - I shall put them on my list.

Thanks, cbavasi - I would never have thought of that. I did try M&S, but I'm looking for non-wired or maternity, and they don't sell them in my size! At all - I checked online when I got home, too, and they just don't do my size in those ranges. (And the closest size they do have doesn't fit - I tri...
