Honestly speaking, you DO NOT NEED AN AGENT. I hired a condo recently without an agent and saved on agent commission. In Singapore, things are pretty strait forward. You can respond to ads in web sites / apps like . and deal with the prospective Land Lord or Land Lord's agent.
