For appealing please try to attached those documents e.g Marriage Cert, Employement letter of ur wife, Educational Cert and even ur income proof that u earn from business I think those documents will help in the appealing process. Keep us updated on the progress and goodluck.

You need to call ICA for the change of appointment, btw how is ur application? is it being approved? May I know ur spouse income range ?

Yes, but they ask about the income is only from salary not from the total income that I generate monthly?
