Based on what I know abt Aussie employment laws, Melb based crew will most likely have to be Australians or PRs. Otherwise, TR will have to sponsor your PR which will be quite unlikely cos its expensive.

height requirement for guys is 165 right? Last time my friend went for the recruitment for tiger airways that's what they told him.
