Quite a few countries give out PR. Hm... if you read the tiger airway's website carefully, it is Tiger Airways singapore which is recruiting cabin crew. They didn't state Tiger Airways International so I reckon this means you'll most likely be based in SG. For the other positions that they are recru...

Based on what I know abt Aussie employment laws, Melb based crew will most likely have to be Australians or PRs. Otherwise, TR will have to sponsor your PR which will be quite unlikely cos its expensive.

This is like telling pple they have to pay $$ in order to secure a job placement.... Reminds me of the modelling agency scams.
