One more question:
When offsetting notice period with leaves.
Do I subtract working days only or include weekends?

Eg. 21 June less 10 leaves is 7 June or 11 June?

I have 3 month notice period
Which I managed to discuss and bring it down to 1.5 months.

Any way my employer go back on his word and refuse to release me after 1.5 months?

My contract says that If they want to release me early then they can pay me salary in lieu .
But nothing saying that I can compensate.
