I plan to renew long-term pass of my daughter who will not be in Singapore at the time I apply. When renew long-term pass, does applicant need to be present in Singapore?

We are both PRs and have been residing in Singapore for almost 8 years, application for our 10 month old daughter was rejected. We're thinking to put in an appeal. For your case, how did u appeal? did u write to ICA or come in person?

Reading through this thread I keep wondering do we have to hire a real estate agent? I mean is this a must? Can we do it ourselves?
