I applied for a PEP during my notice period (in 2016) and received it after ending my employment and having my EP canceled. They may have changed the rules in the meantime, but it worked fine then.

Hi all, I just got my NRIC after completing PR formalities. As a quick data point for others, my PR application timeline was as follows: -applied for PR under PTS scheme in early July 2019 -saw approval online in mid-October (~3 months & 1 week later) -received IPA in the mail the next day dated 1 w...
