I just decide to start the preparation for it. On this forum, someone said that if you have a degree from the top 100 university your chances may be higher.

What about MOOC certificates? Like coursera, edx etc?

Hello. I've been living in Singapore for half a year holding an EP. I would like to know if mooc certificates are good enough to be listed in the pr application form? Or it's better to get another master's degree before the application? My current degree was good enough to get an EP but i'm not sure...
