I left my job of 9 years with my very first employer ... it was difficult but sometimes you have to let go ...

I wasn't unhappy with the job ... colleagues were great ... but I need time to sort of my move out of Singapore... where the grass is truly greener and skies certainly bluer ... :D

Thanks, Leone. So far I've not come across anyone who has anything negative to say about these 2 suburbs (thru friends and other posts). I sure am relieved. Wonder if there are many Asians there? We don't need to live among the Asians but just a rough idea how far we have to travel for Asian produc...

Either area would be fine both are nice leafy suburbs about 30 minutes from the city and similar in price for rentals and purchase. Expect to pay $350AUD per week for a nice 2 bedroom unit. Hampton is closer to the beach but Caulfield has many express trains running to the city making it only 10-15...
