4 weeks plus already for me. Checked with HR and they said it's not uncommon these days. Quite a few applications are taking longer time due to extra scrutiny. It's just that, I see some getting approvals within a couple of weeks. Probably depends on role, firm etc. Eitherway, can only wait and pray...
