One pass to PR

Does it make a difference applying as a EP vs Onepass holder to PR? I suspect not but just wanted to check.

Re: DP/LTVP processing time

Sorry maybe I wasn’t clear, this is MoM DP processing (LTVP for parents) not ICA LTVP. Normally dependent passes on my EP have come through in 24 hrs. I applied for my parents and while my dad got his approval in 24 hrs, moms application is pending for more than a week. I know standard processing ti...

LTVP for parents

I am on EP and applied LTVP for my parents, my dad was approved the next day but my mom status is pending. Their STVP runs out this weekend. Has anyone been through this where only one dependent was approved? Salary is significantly above the threshold. Employer has called MOM to expedite. Also sepa...

DP application status

Is there a way for EP holder to check DP application status or can only employer do so?
https://www.mom.gov.sg/eservices/servic ... ion-status
When I try the link it says record not found.

Thanks

EP application - no supporting

New employer filed for EP application but the My MOM portal did not ask for any supporting documents at all. Is this normal? Or did they make some mistake?

Lease discussion - Agents role

So we are trying to terminate our two year lease one month early. We have offered the landlord to find a new tenant. Our rent is atleast 50% below market as the market is quite hot right now. We have an agent and the landlord has an agent. The landlords agent wants to speak to only my agent. Any sug...

I don't think it matters tbh since both of you are equally qualified (assuming also that your length of stay are the same).
Best of luck and keep us posted
difference being race/quota not sure which has a better chance?

Age? length of Stay? Kids included? Too little info
Age - late 40s so that’s a negative for both
Kids - 2 included
Length of stay - applicant 1 -3 yrs EP, applicant 2 - 1 yr EP

Re: EP rejection due to salary change

My EP got approved on second appeal. First rejection was salary increase. First appeal rejection because the company did not have sufficient revenues in prior years(it was dormant). The second appeal came through after company sought support from other agencies (EDB/MAS)

Re: PEP processing time (personal employment pass)

Does anyone know if PEP application can be made in parallel with a DP application. I am on EP probably will be for another 2-4weeks. I am planning to apply for PEP today. Assuming it doesn’t come through before end of STVP period, can I apply for DP while PEP is pending?

Re: EP rejected due to company

Why do you think it’s strange? Company was dormant for 2 years then got capitalized and fund management license. Rejection is because there was no revenue for 2 years and calling in doubt ability to pay salary.

EP rejected due to company

EP was rejected as company did not have revenues for 2 years. However the company is a regulated financial services firm with high capitalisation. Has anyone experienced success on appeal where this was explained with clear data and plans? Plus support from MAS as the regulator
