Yes i do think it can be removed! Go back to the person you did the embroidery. Or go to another person who does embroidery whom you can trust this time round. it uses chemicals to remove them

National Skin Centre does mole removal. I recommend Dr Ang Poh. it's abt a hundred plus for one or two moles via surgery method (sorry i cant remember the exact price range). If laser method is used, it will be cheaper.
