Interesting. In last 2 months, SG residential prices down 1.5% but volumes down close to 15%. After cooling measures, transaction costs like stamp duty for foreigners is around 24%. Annual rental is about 4% but interest rates can eat 2% out of that. 2% saving by buying and not renting per year. So...

32 year old single male Indian
Working for an international law firm, annual income 260k. Recently converted EP to PEP
Working in same job for last 4 yrs.
Will pay 5th tax return soon.
