Funny thread :-)

But in the end all I feel like adding is that if you choose to be in a mixed race relation then you better be prepared to accept some stares or more - even in a placed like Spore you'll still be a minority although an increasingly common one

Do I find Spore boring - without buzz? Sometimes sure, but maybe I'm a boring person since I've also felt bored all the other countries/cities where I've lived and/or visited frequently. As someone mentioned Spore is likely best lived as an expat hub with frequent biz and/or leisure travels around t...

Last one was a few weeks back, but not lasting more than a few days t...

huggybear, which one didn't you have (to do)? No return ticket or didn't have to show money? In any case it's good news :-) Just had confirmation on another board that since the introduction of an increasing number of budget airlines one way fares this 'ticknical requirement' is not enforced at all ...

So which bank would be the better of the 2, citibank or UOB? For me what counts is hasslefree & (free) access to my money when I need it i.e. free ATM use in SG & preferably overseas as well? That could either be via ATM, debit, vredit or a combination there of? Also I would not want to have a heavy...
