Just confirmed with two agencies - nothing for expats are getting approved at the moment... Any suggestions? We both are working and really need a helper! Why do you need a helper? It it's for childcare then look for after school care. If it's for cleaning and childcare in the home then look for a ...

Has rent dropped due to Covid 19?
I saw quite a lot of units moving out if my condo just in the past couples of days… assuming the market is bad and rental price has dropped. By how much? What's your experience? Can you renegotiate mid-term?

If more and more expats get pay cuts or end up leaving Singapore which in turn means less kids can afford international schools, shouldn't they lower the fees?
