My LL plans to issue a legal notice to vacate the property on account of poor maintenance which is not true.

May I request your help
1) How do I ensure that he cannot ask to me vacate just on a notice ?
2) Where can I go and file complain against this notice ?

I have replied back to the LL giving all details of the service. No reply yet from LL

Dear All,
My Landlord has sent me a letter to vacate the unit citing poor maintenance of facility, which I believe is not true.

Where can I complain or challenge this notice to stop the landlord from forcing me to vacate the unit.

Mike just say no. Ask for proof. If he refuses then inform him you intend to take it to SCT as an unreasonable demand. Any damages would be pro rated anyways at depreciation of aircons is over 7 years I believe.
