PIN mailer will be sent your residential address. You will first receive a letter stating that your PIN mailer has been posted. In a couple of days following that will be the mail with PIN itself. All to residential address.

You will need to get a replacement license card as your current license card will be based on FIN number. You can apply in person for replacement card in the Traffic Police HQ. Yes, the collection slip will be given on the same day as your appointment for completion of PR formalities.
