Yup lactose free milk is readily available in most supermarkets here, including NTUC that stocks the Harvey Fresh range.

For the procedure in Singapore, I remember reading an article which mentioned the name of a clinic that does this - Shape magazine, August 2007 issue. It comes under an article that discusses various slimming methods, you could check that out.

the women here are generally naturally skinny, but it's also true that in Asia there's a huge slimming fad, so they do watch their diet - combi of both. But still think exercise is much better - my expat guy friends complain the girls here are TOO thin, no boobs and no meat :p
