It's best you stay in Pasir Ris or Tampines cos a lot of crew stay there. Plus it's near to to the airport. Cab Fares will be lower, and you'll have plenty of people to share a cab with.

It is not a budget airline. New destinations are added every other month. The pay is not damn low, its way above what you can get in Silkair. I've heard they will have flights to Singapore soon, but of course it's hear say. Good luck trying

The intake for each interview is extremely low. The welfare is pretty ok, but take note, the UAE is the one of the most expensive places to call. I know a little bit because my girlfriend's there now. :)

Wow I didn't know they took so little people. My girlfriend was one of those selected. Now she's over there starting her training. Their welfare is quite well taken care of , I must say.

You could get by pretty well even if you don't have your 'O' levels. It just means doing something different from what most Singaporeans are doing. But then again, having something to fall back on wouldn't be that bad at all. A couple of decades ago, a diploma would have been pretty sufficient. But ...
