i'm off to the UK for a few weeks - back for Friday 29th June. So will be out to play when i'm back

i'll be on for a few beers come friday night and don't think i have any plans... likewise UK, 26, but have been here for a 3 months now and loving it

seems like i sparked a bit of debate there anyway... i reckon 3 bed with that budget you might be limited right in the centre but anywhere outside you'll be able to pick and choose

i've asked all over the place and have recieved a variety of responses. To be honest the centre of singapore is so small you can live anywhere and you still won't feel as though it's a hassle to get to see people. Holland village is quite busy with expats, the east coast has the sea and the feeling ...

Hi guys, i've been here a couple of weeks and looks like am in the same boat. After watching the England Ireland game this weekend not sure i can face being stuffed being stuffed by the french but would be definitely on for meeting up for a beer and cursing poor selection.

i left snow bound london a couple of weeks ago and believe me you'll be fine; loads of expats, really friendly locals, though as you feared humour totally lost on them and sarcasm is just met with a blank face... it's great fun here though

yeah join in - last week was great fun... the more the merrier

not been over here long and i need to find a place and people to watch the England v Ireland game with... any suggestions?

i'm not sure re wednesday night but check out the "i love beer" forum on the friday night drinking club... i've only been here 10 days and they were a great crowd
