Hello All, Can employer request for an IPA extension , while employee already in Singapore. Problem here is employee not able to finish the notice period due to 3 months . And s pass IPA validity only upto two months .

Thanks for your reply. But my employer also need to agree ? Or i can tell them directly as i cannot complete notice period so i am choosing compensation of salary in lieu .

Hello All, In my contract stated as 8 weeks notice period . But i can able to serve only 4 weeks notice period. In this case , i can choose compensation lieu of notice ? For this employer also need to agree or its only employee can choose this decision... And also do i need to pay full amount for 8 ...
