I agree that they prefer people with flying experiences. In my group of 9, 6 of them are either current or ex-crew. But only 3 are selected in my group. Age is really not a problem and if successful, 6 week training in HKG. Even as a SIN-based crew, you get chances of promotion. I hope they will cal...
