anyone going dr nara after feb 15? and does dr nara provide general ana for surgery?

dr fong of ipss charge 2k for it had a consulation with him last year seem a friendly guy he also offer me a re surgery if the result of the 1st doesnt satisfied me .. but i should be doing at dr nara becos of the cheap price 6000 bath ($280)

hi intending to go to dr nara for ear surg around early feb if u can change ur date to feb maybe we can go together btw would like to know more abt dr nara .. decided to go to him because of the cheap price =P
